Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 1 Laboratory Hours: 6 LSUA 3001 is designed for upper level students interested in developing and practicing important leadership skills. Students will serve as peer mentors to provide support for a section of LSUA 1001, Seminar for Academic Success. Course seminar topics include teaching/learning theory, role of a peer mentor, and effective mentoring skills, as well as the subject matter of the LSUA 1001 sections. Participants will be paired with a faculty mentor to co-facilitate a section of LSUA 1001.
