NURS 4040 - Introduction to Nursing Research

Introduction to nursing research with emphasis on research process and implications for utilization of research findings in nursing practice.  Published research will be critically analyzed. The critique process is used to analyze the status of investigation on selected topics in health care.  A research process and its application to evidence-based practice are examined.  Offered FA, SP, SU

Prerequisite(s): A grade of “C” or higher in NURS 2064  or MATH 2011  and an unencumbered RN license.
