This course is designated to facilitate learning about the uniqueness of caring for children and their families. Through application of the principles of growth and development and the nursing process, learners promote health in children and their families.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of “C” or higher in PSYC 2070 , MATH 2011 , NURS 1020 , NURS 1021 , NURS 1025 , and NURS 1026 , or a grade of “C” or higher in NURS 1018 .
Corequisite(s): NURS 2054 .
