KINS 3600 - Methods and Materials in Health and Physical Education for the Middle and Secondary School

Laboratory Hours: 3
Methods and materials for health and physical education at the middle and secondary school levels will be examined. Preservice teachers will experience lecture sessions with the incorporation of a variety of “hands-on” laboratory activities. Participation in activity sessions, practice in teaching, and field experiences will be required. Preservice teachers will acquire requisite skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to positively impact the health and physical education of children. Offered as needed.

Prerequisite(s): a grade of “C” or higher in KINS 2600  or permission of instructor.
