A study of hematological findings in anemias, leukemias, myeloproliferative disorders, myelodysplastic syndromes, lymphomas, plasma cell diseases, and various types of infections. Also includes an overview of hematology instrumentation. Offered as needed.
Prerequisite(s): a grade of “C” or higher in MLSC 2220 and admission to MLS program.
