NURS 2066 - Pharmacology IV

This course builds on concepts related to pharmacology and dosage and calculation presented in NURS 2022  . Students will explore the nurses’ role in administration of complex drug classifications. The nursing process will be utilized as a framework to examine the following drug classifications: corticosteroids, antivirals, antidysrhythmias, antipsychotics, and mood stabilizers. Fall, Spring

Prerequisite(s): A grade of “C” or higher in NURS 2020 , NURS 2022 , and BIOL 2051 ; and in CMST 1061  or CMST 2060 .
Corequisite(s): NURS 2062  and NURS 2063
