BUSN 4421 - International Business Transactions Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Laboratory Hours: 0 This course develops the understanding of international business transactions.Topics include international sale of goods, bills of lading, letters of credit, ecommerce, transfers of technology and protection of intellectual property, forms of foreign investment and issues of transnational litigation, including service of process abroad, choice of law and enforcement of foreign judgments, and arbitral awards.This course will prepare future business leaders to deal with clients in a globalized world.
