PSYC 3075 - Psychology of Death, Dying, and Bereavement Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Laboratory Hours: 0 An advanced course with particular emphasis on humanistic perspectives, adjustment mechanisms, self growth, and development of a personal philosophy of death. Discussion of the historical, legal, medical, and moral aspects of death; the psychological process of dying; and bereavement and grief. Major project required. Offered as needed.
Prerequisite(s): PSYC 2000 or PSYC 2060 ; or permission of instructor.
