BIOL 4192 - Principles of Virology

This course covers viral architecture, modes of transmission, and the processes by which viruses enter host cells, replicate their genomes, and assemble and release new virions. The course also offers insights into the historically significant viruses, causes of viral diseases, and host cell defense. Epidemiology and public health measures are introduced. Offered SP.
