General concepts in ecology and the diversity of life, including a survey of living organisms.  Also reinforces use of the scientific process. Note: only one of the following three courses can be used to meet a degree’s requirements: BIOL 1202, BIOL 1102, and BIOL 1002.  Offered FA, SP.

Prerequisite(s): A grade of “C” or higher in BIOL 1201  or BIOL 1101 .
